By plane:
Kraków Balice airport is located only 16km from the city centre and it is the recommended airport to choose if going by plane. To get to the city centre and the conference venue from the airport, get a taxi (about 50 PLN), a bus (below 5 PLN) or a special train (6 PLN), which is the fastest and goes from the airport directly to the main railway station every 30 minutes. Be sure to check info available at the airport's website including a plan.
Katowice-Pyrzowice is quite near (70km), however getting from there takes much more time (>2h). Check airport's page for more details.
It is also possible (but least recommended) to fly to Warsaw Okęcie and come to Cracow by train (EuroCity), a bus or taking another flight.
By train:
Since the main railway station is located in the city center, going by train is an easy and hassle-free way to come.
